They are really refreshing, and it's nice to take bites of other things in between the noodles, apparently. The food here is, in fact, very flavorful and quite tasty.

How Can You Experience Authentic Dunhuang Flavors?

If you are looking for a quick dinner spot, say, on 8th Avenue, Dunhuang certainly fits the bill. The food, surprisingly, can come out in not even three minutes, which is very quick. You can customize the kind of noodle you get, but some people just go for the regular type. Regardless of whether a dish is listed as spicy, you can ask the people working there to make it less spicy, which is something many appreciate. Dunhuang Lanzhou beef noodles are, actually, considered one of the top ten noodles in China, originally from Lanzhou, in Gansu province.
